This is what we call smooth whisky, folks! Creamy and plenty rich with dried fruit, dark chocolate, and fresh honey. On the nose, Glenmorangie Lasanta has chocolate raisins, toasty oak, caramel, and plum notes. On the palate, I noticed a generous amount of sherried fried fruit with toasted nuts, berry jam, and orange marmalade. Noticeable notes of cereal and brown sugar. It has a silky finish with cinnamon and is well-rounded with dark bitter chocolate.
